Each client on CareVision has their own profile and under the profile, you'll be able to find the Emergency Plans section. Once you have expended this section, you can click on "Create New Emergency Plan".
You should fill out all of the important fields, such as the title, effective from and to, the description, and the attachments. Once you have finished this, you can click on SAVE and you are done with the risk management plan. Having a Risk Management Plan for each patient allows caregivers to know what to do in different types of situations. Just make sure to update your patient's risk management plan when appropriate, such as when it is requested by the client or after a drastic life event.
